Job Title: Customer Service Support Specialist

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced orders-to-cash process and deliver high-quality customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing daily invoices and order confirmations with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer enquiries and orders within 24 hours of receipt, maintaining and updating customer information on internal systems, and logging customer interactions and activity accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process daily invoices and order confirmation documentation with precision and speed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders in a timely manner, ensuring a positive attitude and proactive demeanor.
  • Maintain and update customer information on internal systems, ensuring accurate completion of orders.
  • Log customer interactions and activity accurately within the company's CRM system and via email.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience in fast-moving orders-to-cash processes and customer service is essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems is also required, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve queries effectively.
