Job Title:

Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the store management team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively match products to customers' needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by handling complaints and difficulties efficiently, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed KPIs and objectives set by Store Management Team and the business.
  • Engage with customers enthusiastically and promote additional items to increase sales value.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through effective stock replenishment and inventory management.
  • Contribute to high visual merchandising standards and achieve store housekeeping standards.
  • Self-develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
