Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to shape the future of our Homewares & Gifting category. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive category performance through product development, trend forecasting, and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop a bold and insight-led product strategy to drive sales, margin, and range growth.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to performance and profitability.
- Trend Forecasting: Use trend forecasting and customer insights to identify new opportunities and white spaces.
- Category Performance: Drive category performance across sales, margin, product mix, and range growth.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in category management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with design, planning, marketing, and production processes.
