Job Description

As a visionary store designer, you will lead the conceptual design and evolution of retail environments. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Brand Operations, this role requires an experienced conceptual retail designer or interior designer with expertise in fashion, pop ups or events.

You will be responsible for setting and governing store design guidelines, ensuring global consistency across markets and alignment with brand DNA, VM systems, and commercial goals. Through research, mood boards, visual storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, you will elevate the in-store experience and bring the brand to life in physical spaces.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrated experience in a conceptual retail design or interior design (with expertise in fashion, pop ups or events)
  • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering programs
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes and construction methods
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements and retail safety standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
