Aviation Safety Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to head the Learning and Development (L&D) Team within Defence Aviation Safety Authority.
The L&D Team supports the achievement of Defence Aviation Safety Authority's goal to enhance and promote military aviation safety through education, training, and dissemination of safety information.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying learning and development requirements for Defence Aviation Safety Authority management and staff, and designing/ implementing effective education and training activities.
- Managing the Defence Aviation Safety Authority staff skilling framework to ensure staff have the requisite knowledge, skills, and attitudes to achieve their job roles.
- Coordinating administrative support to facilitate the conduct of Defence Aviation Safety Authority education and training activities.
A successful candidate will have experience in managing learning and development programs, developing staff skilling frameworks, and coordinating administrative support functions.
They will possess excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex organization.
