Key Responsibilities:
  • Process loan applications with precision and accuracy, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Verify and validate data in loan documents to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and 3rd parties to facilitate the loan approval process and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Head of Asset Finance in managing administrative tasks, day-to-day operations, and process improvements.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and track customer interactions and loan progress, ensuring seamless settlement processes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in loan processing, financial services, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using loan processing software and CRM systems to capture client information and manage loan progress.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
