We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in a key leadership role. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the Finance Business Partner Data Digital & Reporting team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the delivery of the Data & Digital Projects forecast and annual operating plan as part of the 3-year annual planning process.
- Provide ad-hoc information, analysis, and value-added insights to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, developing a good understanding of the Data & Digital function and key financial drivers.
- Coordinate and oversee the monthly reporting processes, including Flash, Functional Executive Report, Capex, and monthly forecasts.
- Manage month-end reporting close, delivering true and accurate financial results.
- Prepare monthly executive reporting submissions, including variance commentary, forecast, risks, and opportunities.
- Degree qualified in Finance or Business or similar.
- CA/CPA qualified or similar.
- Experience delivering management reporting, budget & planning, or FP&A in a large or complex environment.
- Strong technical ability in accounting, reporting, budgeting & planning.
- Ability to coach and develop Finance Analysts within the team and across the broader MU Functions team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and driven, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Intermediate or Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to think analytically and commercially, with strong problem-solving skills.
