Lead Educator for Inclusive Childcare Programs

About the Opportunity
John Paul College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Educator to oversee the development and implementation of inclusive childcare programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education services to children.
The role involves leading a team of educators to create engaging, safe, and inclusive programs that cater to diverse needs. This includes developing and implementing enriching activities, managing program operations, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Strong relationships with families and the broader school community are essential in supporting children's development and well-being.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A degree or diploma in Education, Early Childhood, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position within OSHC or a similar setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in OSHC frameworks, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills to build a collaborative team environment.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and child-centred care.
Required Qualifications and Certifications
The following qualifications are required for this role:
- Early Childhood/Education qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and CPR certification.
