**Job Opportunity:** Casual Test Administrator

At Pearson, our purpose is to empower people to achieve their goals through learning. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Test Administrator.

This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work a variety of shifts across weekdays and weekends. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exams in a secure environment, verifying candidate identification, and explaining exam procedures. They will also troubleshoot technical issues and escalate any policy breaches to relevant personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exams in a secure and fair manner
  • Verify candidate identification and set up test equipment
  • Explain exam procedures and proctor candidates during testing
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate policy breaches
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
