Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Test Director/Program Test Manager with over 20 years in banking and financial services.

  • Held senior test leadership roles (Test Director, Portfolio Test Manager) in Cards and Acquiring, overseeing end-to-end testing strategy and delivery.
  • Managed testing across multi-vendor environments, integrations, infrastructure, and security.
  • Led testing portfolios for Core Banking, Business Banking, and NextGen transformation programs.
  • Delivered multi-million-dollar testing portfolios, managing large-scale teams (up to 120+ FTEs) including offshore resources.
