Senior Test Manager Position

We seek a seasoned Senior Test Manager to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, creating comprehensive test plans, and providing production implementation confidence in changes.
The role involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving process improvements. A strong background in software testing methodologies and experience in managing complex integrated platforms are essential qualifications for this position.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality and delivery.

- Manage and prioritize resources to meet project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Test Manager in large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
