Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Sales and Merchandising
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Store Presentation
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Teamwork
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
Requirements
- Previous Experience
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Communication Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers
- Technical Skills
- Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office

- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively
