
Digital Fraud Prevention Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals in the field of Fraud and Scam prevention.
As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the compliant operations of the team and all functions, processes, and personnel.
- Providing guidance and support that contributes to the team's goals of detecting, mitigating and preventing fraud and scams.
- Leading and motivating the team to achieve outstanding levels of service when dealing with customers, assessing alerts/completing investigations and/or dealing with other stakeholders.
- Handling escalation inbound queries from stakeholders, customers and direct reports to help achieve required service levels and business targets.
About You
Experience:
- At least 2 years' experience in monitoring Fraud and Scams across multiple product channels.
- At least 1 year's experience as a Senior of an Operations Team.
Skills & Knowledge
Exceptional knowledge of Fraud and scams.
Leadership skills in managing an operations team in a financial institution.
Excellent time management, organisation, delegation and prioritisation skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
A strong CAN DO attitude and positive demeanor to problem solving.
Report writing skills.
Ability to contribute to a team and work collaboratively with others.
