Expert Fraud Loss Prevention Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to minimize the bank's non-lending losses and reduce its exposure to fraud and scams by providing a professional monitoring, detection, prevention, and recovery service for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the bank's fraud detection systems to identify and investigate potential fraud.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks to prevent or minimize financial loss.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complex cases, including data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
- Communicate with customers in a clear and respectful manner, addressing their concerns and needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in banking and finance, preferably in a related field such as digital fraud or investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
