Multicultural Team Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Translation Project Coordinator to join our Language Services team.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of translation and transcription projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple competing priorities, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing work environments quickly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as an escalation point for the team to resolve complex enquiries
- Coordinating translation and transcription projects of various complexity
- Allocating work and controlling quality and timeliness of the services provided and escalating any issues in accordance with policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality customer services in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple competing priorities and ability to adapt to changing work environment quickly
- Effective communication skills
- Experience working in language services industry (e.g. Translation/Interpreting project coordination experience preferred)
