Job Title: Multicultural Health Service Lead

Western Sydney Local Health District is responsible for providing primary and secondary healthcare services for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, The Hills Shire, Holroyd, and Parramatta LGAs. About the Role:

The Multicultural Health Services Team Lead will coordinate planning, development, and implementation of partnership initiatives and strategies to improve access to health services and outcomes for refugee and migrant populations in Western Sydney. This includes operational management of a team of Multicultural Health staff.

This role requires a strong understanding of multicultural health issues, demonstrated leadership ability, and experience in project management, staff supervision, and collaboration with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural context.
