About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at Wellways. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a values-based, growing, innovative organisation with a strong focus on promoting safety and inclusivity for LGBTIQ+ and First Nations communities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to and support the National Workplace Health and Safety Manager to maintain WHS compliance and drive positive health and safety culture across Wellways. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining rapport with stakeholders, building WHS literacy, and understanding current WHS legislation across different jurisdictions in Australia.

Salary and Benefits
