The Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team at Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra). As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational direction of our centre and ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting educators to assess and reflect on children's learning and development, and to critically evaluate their own pedagogy and practice.
  • Maintaining a positive and collaborative working relationship with all team members, and promoting a culture of open communication and respect.
  • Upholding strong work values and a commitment to delivering exceptional care and education to our children and families.
  • Working closely with our Head of Education and Quality to ensure that our programs are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Teaching (or equivalent) or Diploma qualification in early childhood education.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong computer and technology skills, and the ability to use digital tools to support teaching and learning.
