We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations of the restaurant and bar, managing the profitability and presentation of these areas, and developing a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.

A dynamic and motivated leader is required to manage, lead and motivate staff to maintain a high-performing team culture. They must also work closely with the General Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for the Food and Beverage department.

Rostering according to department needs and creating budgets to monitor financial performance are essential aspects of this role.

Applicants must have a minimum of three years of managerial experience in a similar role, hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, and possess proven experience in managing staff, generating innovative revenue-building strategies and initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service.
