The individual in this role will also take a proactive approach in overseeing and managing the performance outputs and service delivery of registry teams in alignment with operational needs, under the supervision of the Registrar and Deputy Registrar. A key aspect of this role involves implementing change initiatives and engaging in project activities aimed at improving Tribunal operations and service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will embody the values of VCAT, collaborating closely with the Civil Registrar, Deputy Registrars, and Administrative Officers to address and resolve challenges. You will play an active role in developing and leading continuous improvement initiatives that empower your team and contribute to VCAT's success.

You are someone who excels in a dynamic and evolving environment, dedicated to supporting your team in achieving their best performance. As a resilient leader, you possess the skills to guide your team through transitions and are experienced in uniting a team to reach shared objectives, particularly in adapting to agile methodologies and new technologies.
