If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent sales skills and a strong desire to help people find their dream homes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.

The Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Manning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, and maintaining customer information.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
• Working in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company's residential housing product.
• Presenting our Centre and developing strong relationships with potential home buyers.
• Handing out marketing material, registering leads, and maintaining the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.

• Ability to work from Thursday to Monday (5 days including weekends).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
