The Organisational Change Manager role is pivotal in driving agency-wide strategic objectives through the evaluation, design, and execution of change management initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing change management strategies and plans to enhance adoption rates.

About You:

A background in government and expertise in digital transformation or ICT-related environments is highly beneficial. Relevance to tertiary qualifications in psychology, social science, communications, business management, business administration, or related fields is preferable, or equivalent professional experience. A proven track record in crafting, implementing, and appraising change management requirements is essential. Demonstrated expertise in establishing and nurturing essential stakeholder relationships is also required. Exceptional organisational skills are necessary for this role.

To be eligible for this role, applicants must hold Australian Citizenship and possess the ability to secure and uphold a Baseline security clearance, with the flexibility to attain a higher-level clearance as needed by the Agency.
