
Administrative Quality Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
The Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain database and project tracker uploads
- Coordinate QA food filing of items such as artwork and GFSI certificates
- Manage department document folder structures and content
- Maintain complaint / alert reports, trend reports and internal escalations
- Action updates for various department registers and category responsibility listings
- Monitor department inboxes for compliance or regulatory notifications
- Assist with team administration including scheduling meetings, diary management, etc.
- Liaise and build strong relationships with various stakeholders
Requirements:
For this role we require:
- Demonstrated experience in a highly administrative role
- Proven experience engaging with stakeholders
- Prior experience using Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A motivated and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- A high level of professionalism and dedication
