Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our quality control process, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

  • Inspecting Raw Materials: You will inspect raw materials for consistency and integrity, verifying their compliance with industry standards.
  • Testing Products: Our products undergo rigorous testing based on industry standards, and you will be responsible for conducting these tests accurately and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Communication: Any problems or concerns you identify during inspection or testing will need to be promptly reported to senior management, highlighting the issue and proposed solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong background in quality assurance and control is essential, although training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, preferably in complementary medicine, would be highly desirable.
  • Flexibility is crucial as you may be required to work Monday to Friday and occasional weekends.
  • You should be available for shifts between 7am and 3:06pm.
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with colleagues and senior management.
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail are vital for this role, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of quality assurance.
