About the Role:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects on-time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract agreement. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to effectively plan, schedule, and control technical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Monitor and manage project technical matters to meet or improve on contract deliverables.
  4. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  5. Identify, contain, and reduce risk, and ensure that all opportunities for cost savings and project growth are captured and acted upon.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or project management.
  2. Strong project management skills, including experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  5. Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
