We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Professional to manage client relationships and drive business growth in the general insurance sector.

As a Key Account Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction with coverage and service.
- Sales and Account Growth: Identify new business opportunities, cross-sell, and up-sell insurance products, managing a portfolio of clients.
- Risk Assessment: Assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance coverage.
- Negotiation & Renewals: Negotiate with insurance carriers, ensure favorable rates, and oversee policy renewals.
- Claims Support: Assist clients with claims processes, ensuring smooth handling and fair settlements.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and new products to advise clients effectively.
Requirements:
- A Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in general insurance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
