
Village Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of village services, including safety & security, maintenance & gardening standards, and financial performance.
- Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day resident queries & concerns, and be responsible for assisting with incoming and outgoing resident moves (e.g., scoping, entry, and exit reporting).
- Take ownership of village compliance items by completing audits, checklists, and administrative tasks as per schedules.
- Build resident satisfaction by creating a vibrant and inclusive culture throughout the community that is built on communication, professionalism, and respect.
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including residents & their families, staff members, contractors, and suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing operations-based or administration role (e.g., Hospitality Management, Hotel/Resort/Tourism, Office Manager, Property Management, or Facilities Management).
- Developed interpersonal skills where you pride yourself on your communication, time management, professionalism, and empathy.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations and a valid driver's license.
