Village Operations Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Village Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the ongoing operational efficiency of village services, including safety protocols, maintenance standards, and financial management.
- Support the Community Manager in addressing resident queries and concerns, and be responsible for assisting with resident moves, including scoping, entry reporting, and exit procedures.
- Take ownership of compliance tasks by completing audits, checklists, and administrative duties as scheduled.
- Build resident satisfaction by fostering a vibrant and inclusive community culture built on effective communication, professionalism, and respect.
- Experience in operations, property, facilities, or hospitality fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and efficient with strong problem-solving skills.
