Job Description

Do you have a passion for building strong relationships and enhancing the lives of others? As an Assistant Village Manager, you will play a central role in supporting our residents and contributing to the success of our village community.

The Domain Country Club Retirement Village is a resort-style community nestled amongst 42 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. This is a varied and resident-focused position where you will assist with the day-to-day operations and help ensure our community runs smoothly while promoting The Domain Country Club.

  • This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday-Friday.

Your Impact

  • Ensure a high level of ongoing daily operations of village services.
  • Support the Community Manager with day-to-day resident queries & concerns.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as residents, staff members, contractors and suppliers.
  • Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day people practices.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing operations-based or administration role.
  • Developed interpersonal skills where you pride yourself on your communication, time management, professionalism and empathy.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum two COVID-19 vaccinations and Drivers License (required).
