  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our hotel portfolio and its offerings.
  • Respond to new business inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and detailed information to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

About You

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Sihot and Ivvy is a plus, but not required.
