Group Sales Executive

As a Group Sales Executive at Accor, you will be part of a friendly and passionate team that prides itself on building strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer service. Your role will involve managing all group business from the initial confirmation stage to guest check-in, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key clients and travel agents through friendly customer service and communication.
- Respond to new business enquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and detailed information about Accor's products and services.
- Produce and distribute client quotations and contracts as required, and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Establish strong relationships with internal departments, such as Sales, Revenue, and Reservations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge across Accor's portfolio, including new developments and offerings.
- Manage all groups within Accor's systems with 100% accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the accommodation or travel industry.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients and provide accurate and detailed information about Accor's products and services.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
