Job Opportunity

We are seeking individuals to provide essential support and companionship to older community members, helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care and assistance to clients in their homes
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Work closely with a team to deliver high-quality care services

What We Offer:

  • Award rate of $40.93 per hour, plus Super and Paid KM's
  • Casual roles with opportunities for permanent part-time positions
  • Employee benefits program and salary packaging up to $18,550 tax-free each year
  • Accelerated learning programs to gain professional qualifications (Cert 3)
  • Paid CPR and First Aid courses

Requirements:

  • Enjoy variety in your day

  • Can build positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Care about assisting our aged community members to live independently at home
  • Are comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
