Disability Support Career Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide person-centred support to clients living with disability in Taree.

The role involves providing one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) support
  • Assist with medication administration, personal care, and manual handling mobility assistance
  • Foster client choice, expression, and daily engagement
  • Offer community access and transportation assistance
  • Build and maintain supportive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Unrestricted New South Wales driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A current First Aid Certificate, which includes HLTAID003 or HLTAID011
