We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes.

  • Actively promote our positive culture through interactions with residents, staff and their families.
  • Deliver person-centered care to residents in our facilities.

  • Achieve high standards of care as per Aged Care Standards.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or be studying BA Nursing.
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • The ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to accurately document residents' care/progress.
