Centre Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our childcare centre to new heights. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children, and building strong relationships with our families and staff.
As a leader in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, you will have a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). You will be responsible for implementing these frameworks and ensuring that our centre meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
About You- You are a passionate and experienced leader with a strong background in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- You have a completed Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA Approved).
- You have prior leadership experience working in a long day care centre.
- You have a sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- You hold a current First Aid Certificate and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- You hold a current Working with Children's Check.
As a Centre Manager with SSR, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality people and organisations, expand your skills and experience as a leader, partner with a strong coach and mentor, and join a positive team and culture.
You will also receive sufficient training programs and support to help you succeed in your role.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is $95 K to $120 K + super + bonus (depending on experience).
