Centre Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our St. Michael's Out of School Hours Care Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, vision, and guidance to our program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
About the Role:The Centre Director will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of educators and support staff to provide a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
- Developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of children and families.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Collaborating with local agencies and community groups to build partnerships and enhance the program.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the program, including financial, human resource, and marketing management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director.
- A current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card.
- First aid and anaphylaxis certificates.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Standards.
