Project Leaders: New Aviation Opportunities

We are currently seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead our teams in delivering complex projects within the aviation sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of new build, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project managers and senior project managers to ensure successful delivery of high-profile building and infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee contract management, variations, and claims processes to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience as a Project Director or Associate Director in the aviation sector. You should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage up and down the organizational chart, leading your team of direct reports and providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • High attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
