Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill a key role within our team.

  • As Assistant Manager, you will support the Park Manager in overseeing daily operations and leading the team.
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Park Manager in ensuring the park runs smoothly and safely.
  • Taking charge in their absence and maintaining high standards across all areas.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Managing daily park operations, including responding to after-hours callouts.
  • Supporting guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling.
  • Assisting with budget oversight and revenue tracking.
  • Leading and mentoring staff across departments.
  • Maintaining a high standard of park presentation, safety, and compliance.
  • Contributing to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives.
About You
  • A confident leader with great communication skills and a strong service mindset.
  • Experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism.
  • Strong team mentoring and operational coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with budget oversight and reporting.
  • Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal).
  • Great interpersonal skills and a guest-first approach.
