Lead Nurse Director

We are seeking a seasoned nurse director to spearhead our team and drive excellence in patient care.


The position involves leading strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, and upholding the highest standards of clinical care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Role: Shape the hospital's strategic direction and vision.
  • Clinical Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive process improvements and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration (Current & Relevant)
  • Postgraduate qualification in Nursing and/or Management
  • 5+ years' post-graduate nursing experience
  • 1+ year in a leadership/administrative role (Nursing Unit Manager level or above)
  • Strong knowledge of ACQSHC National Standards, industrial relations, risk management, and accreditation requirements
  • Business acumen, including an understanding of health funding models
