About the Program

We're committed to helping Australians make informed choices about their lifestyle and well-being. Our award-winning Graduate Program offers hands-on learning experiences tailored to help you grow and take on meaningful responsibilities.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape by providing solutions that cater to customers' evolving needs for healthy, sustainable, and delicious options. You'll also ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.

At Coles, we value diversity, trust, and support from leaders who genuinely care about their teams. Throughout the two-year program, you'll work on real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability through functional rotations, a bespoke development program, and a close-knit support network.

In your second year, you'll participate in the Innovation Project, where you'll develop innovative solutions to genuine business challenges. The top teams will present their ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Board.

We'll foster your passion and graduate journey with unique experiences and opportunities, expanding your knowledge as you discover yourself and the industry.

The program commences in February 2027, but if you've completed your studies, there may be opportunities available at our head office before the program starts, subject to availability.
