We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Operations Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the hospitality sector, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support team members through on-the-job training and professional development.
  • Actively manage and oversee the Event Floor service flow while upholding performance standards.
  • Offer constructive feedback to management to enhance the outlet's efficiency.
  • Execute daily instructions from the Assistant Floor Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  • Consistently monitor team performance during shifts to maintain high service quality.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated time-management abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven capability to cultivate productive relationships and drive positive change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
