We are seeking a skilled Credit Officer to maximise collection efficiency while maintaining a compassionate approach to customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, resolving discrepancies, and processing debt collections over the phone and via email.

You will also manage AR mailbox, process credit card payments, and prepare and distribute account reconciliations as required.

Additionally, you will respond to customer queries promptly and raise credit requests when necessary. You will also process customer credits and claims in Oracle JD Edwards.

Requirements for this role include an accounting certificate or diploma, experience with JDE or SAP systems, sound knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and 1-2 years Collections/accounts receivable experience.
