Lead Intelligent Building Integration Specialist

Honeywell seeks a seasoned professional to lead its Enterprise Building Manager (EBM) intelligent building management integration platform.

You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, driving innovation and product development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your strong leadership and strategic thinking skills will be essential in driving the growth and profitability of the EBM product portfolio as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and drive customer adoption.

  • Develop and execute an overall strategy for Honeywell's EBM integration platform, encompassing both existing and new offerings.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive product development.
  • Conduct Voice of the Customer/Field research, market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive assessments to identify market trends, opportunities, and portfolio gaps.
  • Define and prioritize product investments based on strategic fit, market potential, and financial viability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in product management, offering management, or related roles, with significant experience developing large, complex solutions and leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of the building management system market.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
