About the Role

We are seeking a leader with strong interpersonal management abilities, adept at influencing senior stakeholders, able to work independently and inspire teams to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the Product Owner Chapter
  • Provide virtual leadership to Product Owners across Australia and New Zealand
  • Establish and evolve the Product Owner Chapter, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and agility principles
  • Define and embed tools, frameworks, and standards that support mastery in product ownership, including the creation of a Product Ownership Framework
What You'll Bring
  • Exceptional ability to build, influence, and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner or similar with deep expertise in product ownership practices, including backlog refinement, prioritisation, and customer-centric delivery
  • Certified training in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM)
  • Proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals
  • 2–4 years of leadership experience, including leading cross-functional or virtual teams in Agile environments
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing Product Owners, either formally through direct reports or informally through community leadership
  • Experience working in financial services, preferably within the insurance sector, with an understanding of regulatory and customer expectations
