Hotel Maintenance Professional

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by maintaining equipment and facilities. This involves performing routine maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and participating in preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all equipment and facilities to ensure efficiency, safety, and effectiveness
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, inspections, and repairs
  • Participate in preventive maintenance programs to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, engineering, and/or construction
  • Qualifications in trade (e.g., electrician, carpenter, plumber, painter) advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • High energy level and passion for achieving results, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
