Hotel Maintenance Professional
\We are seeking a dedicated and skilled maintenance professional to join our team. As a maintenance manager, you will play a key role in upholding hotel standards by planning and carrying out preventative maintenance, prioritizing and completing maintenance requests, managing contractor engagement, maintaining gym equipment, assisting with emergencies, and preparing monthly maintenance reports.
\To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar maintenance or facilities management role within a hotel, as well as being a qualified and practical engineer with a strong understanding of all aspects of hotel maintenance.
\Your skills and qualifications should include self-motivation, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work according to operational requirements.

\Key Requirements:
