The People and Culture Projects Officer will play a key role in delivering strategic HR projects that build organisational capability and support workforce sustainability.

Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and support projects across areas such as capability development, talent management, employer value proposition (EVP), diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.
