We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage end-to-end claims processes and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of claims
- Foster an environment of trust and collaboration with stakeholders
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims operations, helping to reduce complaints and enhance overall performance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Significant experience in claims administration and case management, with a specific focus on handling Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claimsA proactive approach to building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholdersA comprehensive understanding of superannuation and life insurance productsAdept negotiation and problem-solving skills, enabling effective management of escalated situationsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalWhat We Offer
