Customer Care Consultant

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be responsible for making phone calls to clients to book their next appointment and contact prospective clients who have shown an interest in our hearing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Intermediate PC skills, preferably with experience in CRM/call centre software, Outlook, and Word
  • The ability to work as part of a team and the motivation to reach individual goals
