Hearing Services Specialist

Our audiology team is seeking a skilled audiologist to join our clinic in Kiama. As an integral part of our team, you will provide high-quality hearing services to diverse clients including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive adult hearing assessments, prescribe and fit suitable hearing aids tailored to individual needs, and participate in local area marketing events to raise awareness about our top-tier hearing services.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing precise and insightful hearing assessments, ensuring accurate diagnostics,
Prescribing suitable hearing aids and skilfully fitting them, personalized to individual needs,
Participating in local area marketing events aimed at promoting our hearing services,
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes and contribute to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
We are looking for an experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist who brings their wealth of experience in audiology and profound familiarity with hearing device products to our team. The ideal candidate should possess a QP qualification, maintain an active membership with a recognized audiological peak body, and demonstrate an unwavering dedication to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge. A strong track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs, underscoring commercial acumen, is also essential. Additionally, the ability to foster meaningful connections with valued customers through empathetic communication skills is crucial for success in this role.
